RJT is a hands-on learning program that gets kids excited about physical activity by introducing them to the basic running, jumping and throwing skills through track and field. There will be several stations set up to offer the opportunity to enhance their acquired skills and technique across a wide range of athletic events, introducing some competitive elements, while maintaining the emphasis of fun in positive, healthy activities. RJT will be a great time for families to come out and enjoy the weather and discover the wide variety of fun the sport of track and field has to offer. There will be food trucks available for your dining pleasure.

Thanks to the citizens' overwhelming support for the 2005 Parks Bond, the City was able to develop several new parks and improve many others. The proximity to multiple play areas, ball fields, and natural environments helps make the Jonquil City a peaceful place to recreate.
