Cobb Park will be closed starting November 10, 2017. The park staff will be painting bathrooms and putting out mulch.
There's a park for everyone in Smyrna. Thanks to residents' overwhelming support for the 2005 Parks Bond, the City was able to make significant investments in multiple parks projects. These projects have included both new and renovated parks. Smyrna maintains athletic fields for organized sports like baseball, softball, and soccer. It offers passive recreation areas for cycling, walking, picnicking, free play, and community gardening. Playgrounds have been placed in neighborhood parks throughout the City. Smyrna even has two dog parks for its four-legged residents.
